The client wanted to develop a service portal, available in different channels and ecosystems, which would serve as a single point of contact for its entire user community, both from the perspective of sharing marketing information about its products and services and allowing direct acquisition of these products and services. As a Product Specialist, João was responsible for engaging with clients and assessing business requirements and objectives to translate into visual and functional concepts. João executed and shared design deliverables for the development team and ensured a high-quality standard on deliverable assets.
