Developed an advanced AI‑powered virtual assistant to support telecom field operations. Leveraging a modular “AI factory” on Azure and launched a real-time AI assistant that enhances on‑site efficiency and decision‑making for a leading telecom provider by delivering real‑time diagnostics and operational insights. João led the project end‑to‑end as Project Manager, from concept through deployment. Defined the product vision and roadmap, coordinated cross‑functional teams (AI, Cloud, Cibersecurity) and ensured successful adoption and measurable business impact.
